ENTHUSE Partnerships

ENTHUSE Partnerships improve young people’s attainment and engagement in STEM subjects and develop awareness and understanding of STEM careers, contributing to the Gatsby Careers Benchmarks.

At the heart of every ENTHUSE Partnership is a collaboration between 6 – 10 schools or colleges, supported by £20,000 worth of funding over 2 years.

Funding becomes available at different times and in different areas. Sometimes schools or colleges are selected according to set criteria. If you would like to register your interest in participating in an ENTHUSE Partnership, please complete a short expression of interest form and we will contact you once an opportunity arises in your area.

Quality Mark

Exchange Science is able to support both primary and secondary colleagues, prepare for both the Primary and Secondary quality marks.

Primary Science Mark

Primary Science Quality Mark is not like other quality marks, instead it is a CPD programme that helps schools to achieve a quality mark, whether science within the school has been a low profile for a while or your school want to improve the provision further. The programme provides a framework that enables science subject leaders to develop and strengthen their leadership practice, whilst increasing the profile and quality of science within their school. The process supports subject leaders to plan for improvement in science teaching and learning across the school and evaluate the impact of action taken.

Secondary Science Mark

Science Mark is a quality standard designed to recognise and celebrate inspiring practice in secondary and FE science departments across the UK.

Working with our dedicated team of assessors, we will support you through the process to achieve your Science Mark. There are three levels – silver, gold and platinum.
