The Trust is based in North East Lincolnshire and has 7 academies (4 secondary and 3 primary) with 5000 students. The Trust has largely taken on schools in difficulty and has turned them round in terms of Ofsted, secondary educational outcomes and popularity.

The Trust is keen to be outward looking and collaborate where possible with other academies and Trusts.
